Current Opening: Licensed Class 5 Driving Instructor

• Location: Primary focus in NW Calgary (including Tuscany, Bearspaw, Springbank & Harmony), but not limited to these areas as we actively expand across all quadrants of Calgary and surrounding towns & cities.
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Overview:

Tuscany Driving School is seeking patient, professional, and certified Class 5 Driving Instructors to deliver top-tier in-vehicle training to teen drivers, beginners, and adult learners. While our current footprint is centered in NW Calgary, we are actively expanding our operations to cover the broader Calgary region and neighboring communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1 behind-the-wheel driving instruction adhering to Alberta Transportation standards.
• Coach students on defensive driving techniques, hazard management, right-of-way rules, and road test readiness.
• Offer constructive progress feedback to adult students and parents after lessons.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and encouraging in-car learning environment.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid Licensed Driver Instructor License issued by Alberta Transportation.
• Clean Driver’s Abstract & Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Strong communication, patience, and coaching skills.
